Step 2: Info gathering conversation
Typically, a phone call is useful to discuss the details of the project so we can meet your goals. If there areas that you are unsure about, we can discuss options. We can do this by email too if you prefer.
If you are nearby Madison, WI, we can meet in person, and it is often helpful to bring the vehicle to the shop so we can fully understand your vehicle’s specifics.
Step 3: Collaborative System Design
Based on your information and our conversations, we will build a project plan with scope of work and a budget estimate. We work with you on this plan and adjust as needed to meet your expectations. Sometimes this requires multiple emails and calls.
Once the plan meets your needs, the specifics of drop off, projected install timing and planned pickup times will be scheduled to fit your needs and those of the shop.
The need for a deposit will be based on the specific project size and timing.
Step 4: Project install
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety and reliability. We manage all the details and custom build each project and will be in touch if any questions come up.
After the project build is complete, we run it through comprehensive testing and safety checks.
Step 5: Commissioning and Hand Off
For more complex systems we also create diagrams and documentation to help you fully understand how to use your upgraded system.
We spend time when you pick up the vehicle reviewing any documentation and teaching you how to operate your system.
After you leave, we remain available for consultations and help for whatever you need.
Step 6: Head out there!
